How do I exfoliate my skin?

• wet a microfiber cloth in warm water
• gently scrub your face in circular motions beginning at the middle and working your way out
• do this only 1-2 times a week, for only about 90 seconds each time (doing it too often and too vigorous can cause you to remove too many of your skin layers)
• then dry your face with a soft towel
